AB Magic Color Changing Candle - Alexander Great made a very few props
for the general market back in the 70's. This was probably his best
piece. It is a well made version of Okito's Color Changing Candle. A red candle sits on a low brass candle holder. It is picked up and lit.
Instantly, the candle visibly changes to green...the candle remains lit. It is visual and astounding. This is a beautifully constructed

Abbott's Arrow Head - Brand new and complete with all of the arrows. This a a Abbott's classic that always appeals to all ages. A cabinet is built on your spectators head. Then arrows are thrust though in all different directions. The doors are opened and their head has vanished. You remove all of the arrows and their head reappears. This is great as any un-coached audience member can be used. $275.00
Abbott's Arm Amputation - This classic effect which is so rarely seen today. In excellent condition. A spectator places his or her arm into the cabinet. 2/3rds of the arm is clearly seen through the openings. Only the middle of the arm cannot be seen due to the panel of the box. Two large solid blades are inserted, cutting the arm into three pieces. The center panel is opened to reveal that the center of the arm is missing. The performer passes his hand behind this open area, the back of the cabinet is open and the audience can see clearly through. The panel is closed, the blades removed and the spectator removes their arm, completely unharmed. A wonderful miniature version of The Girl Without A Middle that plays big! This is actually the
precursor of Larry White's Tri-Sector Illusion performed by David

Abbott's Hole in One - Mint cond.,based on the original Jack Hughes' effect. This is a very clever trick that will fool everyone! The performer shows a tray containing two glasses and six different colored balls. He shows the small shot glass and places it in the center of the tray. Next he scatters the balls around the top of the tray and picks up the large glass. This he turns upside down over the top of the small glass. Now a spectator is allowed to freely select any one of the colored balls. The balls are all arranged in a circle around the two glasses. The tray is covered with a foulard and the performer picks up the tray and hands it to the spectator. After reviewing what has transpired, the performer removes the foulard from the tray. The freely selected ball is no longer on the tray, but is seen in the shot glass, which is still covered by the large glass! The effect can be immediately repeated if desired. $175.00 #HP3
Abbott's Ink to Goldfish - Mint cond., circa late 50's, early 60's, a wine goblet filled with black ink visibly without cover changes to clear water with live goldfish swimming about. 100% mechanical, push a button and it's done! $295.00 #HP3
Abbott's Super Botania - Mint cond., appears to have only been used during a couple of rehearsals. Magnificent production of multi-colored feather flower botania is nothing short of spectacular. Abbotts Vanishing Clock - This vintage Abbott's Magic Vanishing Clock works just like a vanishing radio! Mint condition, this dazzling effect will have your audience completely captivated. Performer displays a large analog clock and covers it with a small cloth. The clock lets out a loud RIIIING, RIIIING, and the performer carries it to the edge of the stage. He stops and lifts the foulard up to show the face of the ringing clock just before tossing the foulard into the air. The clock has vanished and the ringing has stopped! Alan Warner Maverick - Mint, untouched! A small wooden case contains four different dominoes. The dominoes have the same spot values, but the spots are in a single different color: red, blue, yellow and green. These four colors are incorporated in the design on the front of the case and a spectator is asked by the performer to select one of them. After having done this, the performer remarks that by a strange coincidence, the spectator has selected a very single-minded and independent domino: in fact, this particular domino is known as the ‘maverick’ domino. To show just how independent this domino is compared with the other three dominoes, the performer removes all four dominoes from the case and lays them out in a line on the table. One domino is seen to be reversed. Its colored spots match the color as that freely selected by the spectator. The ‘maverick’ domino has proved its individuality. To prove this, when the performer turns this domino over, its back is shown to be completely different from the backs of the other three dominoes! There is no force; only a free choice of color! The spots on the reversed domino will always be the color freely selected by the spectator. The ingenious apparatus does all the work for you. Chalet Wiz Kote - Everyone is looking for one of these ever since Lance Burton performed the effect on television! This was only used a few times during rehearsals, never used in a show. In excellent condition and comes complete with custom carry case. $350.00 #HP3
Chicken Card Sword by Wacky Wolf - Here is a very funny, commercial
routine for the stand-up performer. A rubber chicken is introduced to
the audience and a buch of comedy by-play takes place. A card is
selected and replaced in the pack which is dropped into what appears to
be a KFC Bucket of Chicken. It's really a custom made plastic container. The bucket is held in one hand, the chicken in the other. Suddenly the is an eruption of cards which send them flying in a shower into the air in all directions. The chicken is plunged into this maelstrom of pasteboard and emerges with one card clutched in it's beak...it is the selected card. The gaff which creates the shower of cards is fantastic as the really do fly high into the air and in multiple directions. Chu Duck/Rabbit Vanish - This is a GORGEOUS Piece of equipment. I will
have to get the exact measurements for you, but the box itself is about
18" by 11" deep. It sits on a four leg base which elevates it 22 inches tall. The paint job on this is amazing and it is in excellent condition. In essence, a medium size duck or a couple of rabbits are placed into the box. The box is taken apart piece by piece and the livestock is gone. The base has the little sucker feather bit built into it, but you could certainly substitute a puffy tail. Unfortunately there were no instructions for it, but the experienced performer should have no trouble doing it. Very deceptive method. $695.00 #MD1
Clark Fonda Linking Rings - This is a set of eight 10" rings custom made by the late Clark Fonda. The key is his very special locking key design which is different than any of those on the market today. In excellent condition, complete with his fully detailed routine. $350.00 #MD1
Collector's Workshop Any Card to Wallet - Mint condition, the title says it all: Performer shows one card visible in his wallet and asks a spectator to think of any card. No force. Collector's Workshop Samurai - Mint cond., the performer introduces a small replica of a Samurai sword in its display. Inviting a spectator to examine the silken bag, the performer covers the sword with it. The performer then borrows a wedding band from an audience member and causes it to vanish completely! All of a sudden, an audible ring of metal on metal is heard from within the cloth. Impossible; the ring has arrived. Collector's Workshop Clock of San Marcos - Mint cond., and long unavailable from CW, this eeire and entertaining to watch card effect will have them mesmorized! Collector's Workshop Jewel - Mint cond., Performer invites five spectators to join him on stage. Directing the spectators to a small jewelry case, the performer notes that it is filled with costume jewelry and five drawstring bags. One by one, the spectators are instructed to remove one bag of his or her choice, making sure that neither the performer nor anyone else in the room knows which bag has been selected. This done, the box is closed and the performer is able to identify, with unerring accuracy, the contents of each of the small bags held by the spectators. Connie Haden Locking Three Ring Routine - This is one of the rarest sets of Linking Rings in existence. Connie Haden was a brilliant craftsman of magical apparatus in the 40's and 50's. His gaffed coins were the finest of the day. His cups and balls sets are prized by collectors as they are far rarer than the Paul Fox Cups. This is of rings is virtually unknown even among the most knowledgable collectors. These are three 8" rings which are scored around the entire circumference. They can be closely examined by the audience, yet when you take them back, you can do any Linking Ring routine with them. I am told that they are similar to the Himber Linking Rings, but I've never seen a set. The method is undetectable, unless you know the secret. This is different than any key ring you've seen. Corinda Money Box - Created by the legendary Tony Corinda, this effect
was released in the early 60's; in fact a page from Genii Magaizine
advertising the effect is included. A green plexiglas box, approximately 6" x 6" x 3" is opened to display four different coins. The performer turns his back and a spectator is asked to remove any coin and close the box. The performer immediately tells him which coin was chosen. This can be repeated. In fact, several coins can be removed and identified. You cannot see through the box and the box is never touched by the performer. Dotty Spots by Ken Brooke - This is one of the original Brooke sets. It
is a multi-phase transposition routine with black plexiglas dominoes
having brightly colored spots. The jump back and forth from hand to hand and through the table with the last domino growing to about for times it's normal size. Very visual and funny. With full instructions and routine. $95.00 #MD1

The Eyes Have It - Ken Brooke/Sid Lorraine. This is a very funny comedy
magic routine that packs flat and plays big. A card is selected and the
performer states that he will divine the card through thought power. He
asks the spectator to look into his eyes.. not those eyes, these eyes.
With that he removes a large plaque, about 24"x30", from a vinyl
envelope, depicting two large eyes. He then unfolds that to display two
more eyes. He then refolds it stating that it's one of these cards...it
now depicts half of the deck...or one of these cards...unfolding the
plaque again the entire deck is seen. After more byplay the plaque is
turned around and it depicts one giant card filling the entirety..it is
the selection. Very well made in good condition with full

Frank Garcia's Belly Servante - This is a real gambler's utility item.
It was used by Frank Garcia in his Gambling Demonstrations. Commonly
referred to by cheats as a "Sub", short for subway, it is worn within
the waistband of the operators trousers and allows small items such as
chips or dice to be ditched. This is the "real deal" and was obtained

As shown on Gaetan Bloom's video, "Tales from the Planet Bloom," wooden briefcase-style cabinet with Plexiglas cover is shown. Inzani Henley Coin Transposition Cups - This is one of the most
desirable set of cups there is. It is a matched set of burgundy leather
cups handmade in Florence, approximately 2" in diameter across the mouth and 3" in height, with a gold die accent design. These are magnetic cups used to retain a shim or steel coin for a multiple coin transposition routine. There are no coins provided, but many foreign coins can be used, or steel shim half dollars. No instructions, but basically you use an extra coin and the one ahead principle. These can also be used as chop cups with the standard magnetic ball. In generally good condition, with some scuffing to the surface of the leather in spots. $350.00 #MD1

Jack Hughes Coins in Glass - This is the Jack Hughes version of
Copentro. The design of the base is two squares set canted on each
other. The finish is glitter plastic, defraction grating, and metal
edging. Comes with the setting device, glasses and coin stand. No

Jack Hughes Figures of Foo - This is a beautifully crafted mental effect in pristine condition. The wooden case doubles as the display stand for four plexiglas plaques. Each plaque has a row of numbers on each side. A spectator is invited to place the plaques in any order into the slots of the stand with either side facing outward. As they do so, the performer writes a predicition. The spectator is invited to add up the numbers created and write the total on the slate surface of the stand. Before the spectator does this, the predicition is handed to someone in the audience. Of course, the total matches the prediction. No memorization required, the total is different everytime and it's very easy to do. With full instructions. $199.00 #MD1
Jack Hughes Showgirl - This is an extremely rare and unique, early JH piece. 18" tall, performer removes the cover and shows a showgirl fan dancer. Covering the showgirl, her costume and fans change to different colors a la Hippity Hop Rabbits. After the sucker by-play, a surprise ending will have the audience laughing! Strictly for adults, but no nudity is involved. Any hardcore JH collector will surely snap this one up! $150.00 #HP3

Ken Brooke's Brema Bill Tube Routine - This was released when Ken was
with Unique Magic Studio. It is a very commercial routine which requires a matched set of Bill Tubes. This includes the routine and the two Bill Tubes, which are very well made. $175.00 #MD1
Ken Brooke/Jim Hooper Nemo Ring Trick - This is the "holy grail"
of Ring Flights. There were very few of these made and they were very
expensive due to the precision crafting required to make the gaffs. In
this version the ring visibly vanishes and appears hanging from one of
the loops on a key case...but the case is handed to a spectator after it appears. Yes it is done with a reel, but the reel detaches from the key case after the ring is safely pulled into position and the reel stays on you the performer. This is incredible! It is no small wonder that no one ripped this off..it's too tough to duplicate. In excellent condition with instructions. $795.00 #MD1
Klingl Appearing Silk Pedastal - Excellent cond., this rare turn-of-the-century Klingl piece is still in perfect working order! Ornate silver stand on which a drinking glass is set atop causes a silk to visually appear within the glass. A collector's dream! $1500.00 #GF2

Loring Checker Mystery - Created by noted pro Loring Campbell, this is
far more rarely seen than the Nixon Checker Cabinet. The effect is totally different. A beautifully crafted wooden cabinet measuring 10 and 3/4" across by 9 and 1/4" high and 6 and 3/4" deep is displayed. It has two doors on the front and two on the back. In addition, a stack of wooden checkers 3 and 1/4' in diameter and 3/4" thick is shown along with a domed cover which just fits over them. The right side of the box is opened and shown empty. The door is closed and a full glass of water is produced. The process is repeated with the left side of the cabinet to produce a second glass of water. Now both right doors are opened and the audience can see straight through. The doors are closed and a silk handkerchief is produced, then a third glass of water. The left front and back doors are opened to show a straight through view. The stack of checkers is placed inside the compartment and the doors are closed. The right door is opened to show it empty then they are closed again and a second silk handkerchief is produced.
The cover is shown empty and placed into the right side of the cabinet. The left door is opened and the checkers are gone. The right door is opened and the cover is lifted to reveal the checkers beneath. The cover is replaced, the door closed and the cover removed. The cover is again shown empty then placed over one of the glasses on the table. The cover is lifted to reveal the stack of checkers, which is then recovered. The missing glass is removed from the cabinet, then replaced. The cover is lifted to reveal the glass again. The cabinet is opened to reveal the stack of checkers which is removed. Finally, a fourth glass of water is produced from the cabinet. -- $695.00 #MD1

Magic Hands Silk on Candle - This is a beautiful mechanical piece. A
silk is vanished by your favorite method. A white candle sits in a
silver candlestick, which can be lit. Suddenly, the vanished silk
appears visibly tied around the candle. The effect is instantaneous and

Merv Taylor Gambling Act - This is an original Merv Taylor Made Gambling Act Demonstration. Complete with photo manuscript, several trick decks, Merv Taylor Holdout, Pipe Shiner and other accessories. Only item missing is a ring shiner, which can easily be made for a few dollars. Entire act packs into its own case which converts into the display table with legs. Great centerpiece for your magic room or collection! Merv Taylor Giant Dwarf - Near mint cond., a dwarf is seen to be proudly sitting on top of his castle when a fierce looking 17 inch high giant makes his appearance. The giant not only says that he is about to take possession of the castle but he is also going to eat the dwarf for dinner! Upon hearing this the dwarf suddenly grows to a height of 24 inches and comes out to meet the giant who trembling with fear dodges the giant dwarf and runs into the castle to hide. However the magic castle causes the giant to shrink and as a climax the giant becomes even smaller than the dwarf was in the first place. The Thief - Tony Binarelli - Very rare! Here is a very clever effect with an unusual prop. This had a very limited release by Italy's famed
mentalist Tony Binarelli back in the 80's. It has been unavailable for
many years. A black cloth bag is shown and what appears to be a VHS
Cassette case is removed from it. When the case is opened it is shown to actually be a display case housing a set of eight different miniature liquor bottles. The performer turns his back and the spectator is asked to remove several of the bottles and place them into their pocket, then close the case. The case is placed aside and the performer im mediately identifies the bottles removed. The method is a simple electronic system which codes the performer secretly and instantly. Ultra Color Cube by Paul Barnhart. There are two Plexiglas cubes 1 and 3/4" square. Each side is a solid panel of a different color. There is also a black Plexiglas box with a lid which will hold one of the cubes. One of the cubes and the box are given to a spectator who is
requested to put the cube in the box with any color upward, then put on the lid, while the performer's back is turned. When this is completed the performer turns back and divines the selected color. So far, no big deal..it's Color Vision. The process is repeated, but this time the spectator is instructed to put the box on the table before the performer turns back. Once this is done the performer turns around and takes the other cube and turns it so the matching color is upward. The box is opened to verify this. The process can be repeated as often as you like. The method and technology are incredible. The correct color is electronically coded to the performer. It is an advance on the technology that Anverdi used for his Mental Die, but no receiver is hidden on the performer. The other cube is the receiver...all you need to do is glance at it and it tells you what color is up on the cube in the box, but it only codes you when the cube is placed in a certain position to the box. That way there is no fear of revealing the method to the spectators. It is a dream mental miracle and can
be combined with other effects such as a Blindfold routine. $695.00 #MD1

Wessex Die Box - Supreme Magic - ULTRA RARE! This is Bill Stickland's very clever variation on the classic Die Box. A large white die with black spots is displayed and placed under a rectangular tube. A box with two doors is shown empty in a very suspicious manner. The magician passes the die from the rectangular tube to the box, with the ususal sucker byplay. The tube is shown empty and the die is seen to have appeared in the box. Now the performer will reverse the situation. The usual sucker bits of tilting the box back and forth are done and eventually the performer claims he needs a drink. Suddenly, the box visually transforms into a tray of drinks. If you wish, the die can be reproduced from under the rectangular tube. The set is in excellent condition, except for one of the shot glasses on the tray which no longer has the liquid in it. This can be easily replaced if desired.
