Maxi Twist, Twist by Dan Fleshman (1 of my fave)
Trick Kards by Nick Trost (which is a twisting the aces effect)
Twisted Sisters (if u choose to use it as a magical instead of mental effect)
JohnG has many cool tricks (including EC ones) in his DVD, so check them out if u can.
i dun really rmb much, only those i use occasionally/often or like.

Twisting Reset by Arnaud Chevrier.
Its the most beautiful 8 card compilation i have ever seen, and it utilises a lot of elmsley counts. and he does them perfect. theres much more to the count than just "doing it". the timing, style and handling are very important factors, and performed exquisitely by Arnaud.

yea.. i saw tat on MVD a while ago.. tat guy has solid handling.. an his sleights are executed perfectly.. kinda like the way solomon does magic eh ? perfect sleight of hand..

David Regal has sooo many killer effects and concepts which take full advantage of the handlings and descrepencies of the Elmslet Count...
Cheating is one of them. I think I showed it to some guys like Farid, Morph and Magicdow at the outing... non-stop action, that effect :D
