Actually, I think the brothers let penguin have it... same case with Hocus pocus... they've been selling it for quite some time, with the consent of the twins.
I shall try and contact Dan, just to clear things up... it's just that I'd be really pissed if a bunch of penguinites get into the vault. BURR.
