Alright, here's my review of the Metallic Silver Viper Tally Ho's thus far of using them. I will update it more as I use them more.
FIRST IMPRESSONS
Appearance: The appearance is awesome. The cards themselves are beautiful with the mildly reflective silver shine on all of the cards. I was a little dissappointed that the Fan Backs weren't made as well and that all of these Tally Ho's are red/white pips by default, no white pip options. No real changes were made as far as the cards themselves go; the two index cards are replaced by a sort of advertisement card. The crappy joker (the one with all of the writing) was removed from the deck so there are now two identical jokers in the deck.
Feel: This is where things started going downhill a bit. The stock of the cards (or at least of the one box I opened) is soft...... very soft. The deck felt like it had been worn in already. The size of the deck is just right for me; it doesn't have that massive clunky feel that I got from the Tigers.
Performance: This is where things began going horribly wrong. From the box the finish felt just a little rough in contrast with the Tigers which felt like you were trying to grab a soaped bullet but they still managed to fan pretty darn well. The edges have a roughed feel to them making them hell to weave (though I suspect that'll get better like the Tigers once they wear in). I decided to go ahead and powder them up as I do every deck. In the powder bag it went followed by two little shakes of fanning powder. I sealed it up, shook it, and pulled the cards out. What I felt was a complete DISASTER. The cards stuck together like they were glued and had grindy feeling to them (ever squeezed a fist full of sand at the beach? That's how it's like. A really crunchy sticky sorta feel). I attempted to fan them only to have my eyes and fingers raped by the horrible sight of a gnarled looking fan. They wouldn't even pass for a smear fan! The cards were so damn rough that I picked up a card to examine it. When I rubbed some of the powder off of the card, two other cards peeled off of the back with the same grotesque grind to them. I hadn't even realized I picked up 3 cards! After reading that you may think "You just overpowdered the cards then!". The cards were like that after the first cycle of powdering with the lid of the powder bottle on the low setting! I didn't even powder them twice and they are like that! The only good part about this is that it'd make an unbelievable deck for cuts and especially aerials, a characteristic I discovered as I chucked the whole deck at the wall in sheer anger only to watch the deck stay together through it's turbulent flight and broke into ONLY 2 PILES AFTER SMACKING THE WALL! I am really dissapointed in these cards.
Overall Rating 2/10
From my observations so far, these cards are best suited for a magician, someone who doesn't mind an unpowdered deck, or someone who does a fan and armspread-free routine. The deck has numerous shortcomings on not having a fan back option, no white pip option, and the seriously insane fucking allergic reaction to fanning powder. Top that off with a hefty 8$ a pack, and this deck just isn't worth it.

The deck is nice.... I picked up the 12 decks for $79 the only thing about them is that this airflow finish isnt like the original, in a fact that they dont fan as nice right out of the box.....but hey they look sweet and they are very creamy feeling!!!

yeah, got mine yesterday. sorry if this review is similar to other reviews..
anyway, these don't fan really well, maybe its coz i myself don't fan very well either. perhaps they should just stick with the linoid finish.. it definitely isnt the same finish as a black deck.
it comes with 2 tally-ho jokers, not 1 and a USPC guarantee card as with a normal tally-ho deck. and there are another 2 ad cards, fronted with a viper and ellusionist stuff, at the back ads for black deck and black deck mini.
the cards feel really smooth, really bad for my somewhat dry hands. and they're a little thinner (1 or 2 cards) than a normal bike deck, havent compared it with a tally-ho deck but each viper card is really really thin, perhaps good for manipulations? ^_^
the 'silver' on the card actually looks more grayish than.. silver. perhaps E could make it more glittery.. that way it'd be waay outstanding. the cutting of the deck seems decent (what more can i expect from a tally-ho?) but one of the sides was not cut very well, and squared up that edge would look quite jagged.
also, the blood-red ink used for the red pips are not very obviously blood-red. for a while, i even thought that it was normal red, until i compared it with a normal deck and a black deck with red pips. but as mentioned before, the deck shouts 'attention freak' to most who see it (same as with a black tiger deck).
this deck is more for a magician. as said in the superhandz review. and the red pips make it good for card-game players (not me.) all i gotta say is that i like this addition to my card collection.

k update..
it turns out that the tally ho SILVERS that they ordered came out to be NORMAL fan backed tally Hos. Boy was that upsetting. They also said that the silvers may come next week...earliest. However..they have giant index cards.. and also.. really cool GREEN backed bikes. I love it man! Cos i love Green!
