Yes this is a wonderful routine, and the props that comes with it are great quality. The dvd is very well made, and everything is explained clearly. I love this DVD/routine, and also highly recommend it.
You don't need the original Shoot Ogawa's Ninja Rings set, the props that comes with Ninja+ is all ready to get you started with learning the routine.
