Saw this DVD "World Greatest Magic-Metal Bending" by Osterlind and Banachek.
But judging from the preview video, it seemed that the contents are taken out from Osterlind's Mind Mysteries.
So for those who has it, the is the DVD consists of materials taken from both of their DVDs? If yes, which are the titles they took from?
Its a compilation of segments from both Osterlind's and Banachek's DVDs.
What's the best metal (especially fork ) bending DVD out there? Is there a really comprehensive one?
I use liquid metal a lot with some of banachek's move
I perform basically a combination of both and more than 4~5 phase of bending
:)
I think you need to figure out what your style is. Liquid Metal suits the fast, trance-music playing punk hairdo kind of thing while Banachek is more old school and Osterlind is best if you are able to sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo.
And are you looking for a visual bend kind of thing or a "it looked straight and then he waved it and then it was, like, bent... like wow." or Alain Nu's "****ing look at that guy, he has some freaky alien power man!!"
Or even Derren Brown's "I'll make you believe the fork is bent with my mind, but it's not, and when you're busy telling people that you really saw that it was bent even though the other people won't believe you because they can see that it was not bent, I'll bend it with my hands and then give it to you and then you will forever go around telling people how you saw me bend the fork with my mind when everyone else will tell your family that they saw me actually bending the fork with my hands like any normal person and your family will disown you but you will keep my fork for all of eternity and continue telling your grandchildren stories of the weird."
Of course Kenton Knepper can visually bend a hammer but you gotta attend his seminar for that...
FYI: Alain Nu's stuff is unavailable. If you manage to get hold of something, anything, please let me know. I'll be your best friend.
