What comes out of the chop cup for the finale is just the final load you decide to put in. Depending on your patter to your routine, anything can be loaded as the final load, the most common as mentioned are fruits such as lemons and oranges. Other more interesting loads can be a Buddha Statue, lots of coins, lots of candies, or a glass full of wiskey.
David Regal have a routine where his final loads are lots of small mice (fake off course). Don Alan and Larry Jennings uses baseball and tennis balls. Michael Ammar uses fake fruits loads. There are many many variations. If you search on online magic dealer site, you might come across some specially made chop cup to specific theme, but those all very expensive. If you are just starting out, you can just get a simple chop cup with load balls for practise. A good Chop Cup design will have illusion that the shape of the chop cup looks as if it's small, but in fact you can actually load something that looks bigger than the cup, but it's just an illusion in the design.
For a cheap and durable chop cup, you are probably good starting off with an alluminium one. For something exotic, Fantasio sells a version with a chinese design, and comes with a final load of a Laughing Buddha Statue.
