Thanks to Shade and SMC for the workshop.

I found the workshop beneficial despite having been taught the bottom deal before. Shade's instructions were clear and helped as a re-assessment of my technique. I had to make some corrections to my grip. A long journey to learn the bottom deal indeed!

The class was smaller than the previous one on the second deal and I think that greatly facilitated the learning for everyone. Also, I liked the arrangement of the tables for this workshop as I felt that everyone was seated closer to Shade and could see clearly most of the time even without the help of the camera.

Still, I think that maybe more time could have been spent on the practice time when Shade goes around to help one-on-one. Less time could have been spent on applications and effects which I feel could be reserved for a later stage or another workshop as a follow-up especially when everyone is better acquainted with the bottom deal.

I've now gotten a much better direction to work towards.

Explanations were clear and to the point.
Most important of all, they were easy to understand.

The presentation of the material was also well thought of,
with the incorporation of the video feed projected on the wall.
However, it was a pity that due to the technical limitations,
a better location could not be obtained to project the video.

Nevertheless, kudos to Shade for all the effort and hardwork
put into the session! ^_^
One word might aptly describe the knowledge shared during
the session - Priceless.

Looking forward to the next session.

Yeah - really sorry about that: I overlooked the extension point and we were forced to use the far wall due to the short wire length. This surely won't happen again! :P
