Hi Magicians, below is a little bit infomation about myself and my very first post ^^.
Name: Jun Xian
Age: 20
Occupation: Student
School (If you are a student): NYP
Years of Experience: Close to 1 year
Magic Scope: Cards and coins
I begin falling in love with magic after I saw a Taiwanese Magician call "Liu Qian" performed in "Zhong Yi Da Ge Da" last year. Thus I started going to internet searching for magic tricks to learn for free. hehe. :P
Only recently I get to know of this forum from my friend's friend. I registered this account using my school email address, but I can only use this email for another 1 and half year.
Being a quiet person I am, always got nothing much to talk but after since I get in touch with Magic, I'm more open up. Especially when it comes to the topic on Magic. :)
Somehow I enjoy looking at people's expression when they got shocked by the Magic Tricks I shown. I've a sense of achievement bringing that moment of laughter to people around me.
I hope I can learn from everyone of you here and please guild me along in the path of magic. *bow*
Cheers~
Hi Jun xian, welcome to SMC :D. Stay away from internet site that teaches free magic tricks etc. youtube. Because most of the people that put up free magic tutorial at that site don't really know how to perform magic they just know the secrets behind it and expose it on the internet. There is a big difference between knowing the secrets behind it and performing it. As time goes by, you can go to local magic stores in singapore to purchase DVD or books, trust me you will learn MUCh more from DVD and books then those free internet website.
Hi! Oh is it? Thanks for sharing this with me, I appreaciate very much. Erm, I only know 1 magic shop called " Magic Hall" and i heard they sell fake dvd? That's what i saw in forum. Any magic shop to intro?
