D'lites in mouth

Sample video of what I mean

Anyone have any experience with this, or any knowledge, or even better, whose is doing it already?

I've been playing with this prop for years and its really a fun and great routine. Suitable for most suituation/environment if done properly; it has become one of my regular magic prop that I bring around most of the time.

I cant really judge if this will lead to exposure; D'lites is a rather "magician" thing already. Something like DL or [s. I've been thinking of ways to make mouth pieces and also, trying to make them, and pretty much end up empty-handed.

If anyone has suggestions, it would do great help to me to expand my routine of D'lites. PMs are welcomed to discuss and share both parties ideas!) I believe alot others wouldnt mind expanding theirs too.

Lastly, if this is "exposure", just close it. No hard feelings at all. B)

In terms of methods, i don't think its marketed at all.

But in engineering term, it is possible to construct it yourself. First, visit Sim Lim tower and go to basement 1.

There is a corner shop that sells all the light. Pick one that is sizable for you and color. You need a 1.5V LED.

Or, get another D'Lite and take out the component in it. What you need to change is the button, take out the button and fuse a direct connection into the component, which makes it D'Lite up permanent.

Now, find a transparent Capsule, small enough to allow the component to be put inside. Of course into your mouth also. :)

Then wa la, you are done.

If you are still confused, let me know in PM..

Hi
for the dlite in mouth, I have seen it sold by Tito Chris, a Filipino magician, and Fukai in Malaysia early this year in a magic festival.

here is another sample video by Chris :

To Larry:
Yea, but that would make a D'lites permanently up. To me its not easy at all to "control" the entire thing to make it look like the way it should be.

To Chris:
The video looks great, I was wondering if the D'lites Tito sells is able to turn it on and off via pressure inside the mouth? Like using the tongue or teeth or I dont know what.. Haha.

Thanks both!

Well, that method is if you want to make it easy to handle.

If you want it to be switch activated, it can still be done. But if you are not technically sounded, then its a challenge for you. :)

Indeed.. Very nice man. I'm just looking to achieve 10% of that performance. LOL

And judging the video, I'm sure Mcbride's "D'lites in mouth" is able to turn on and off via pressure.. Wah lao why is this effect not marketed, its been existing for such a long time already, still no one go properly market it?..
