Hello to everyone! I've always been interested in magic but never really got into practicing and doing it for fear of a lack of talent. Few years back I bought some gimmick decks from a store but I dumped them aside after reading them. I also bought a standard Bicycle deck as I like impromptu and non-gimmick card tricks.

Recently, after watching Lu Chen on TV it kinda sparked that interest in me again. Having an additional skill is beneficial to me no matter as a form of entertainment, or as a hobby.

I've watched tons of youtube videos and tried practicing but as we all know, most of the available stuff on the internet is non-professional, some of them even have wrong techniques. I chanced upon this forum from searching via Google, and was I surprised to know there are so many magic enthusiasts in Singapore.

Magic requires lots of practice and determination, as can be said about most other things, and that was what I lack few years back. Right now, I'm ready, and I want to succeed in magic.

Magic is a great form of art and entertainment, and I hope I am able to learn more from like-minded people here.

Firstly, it is great that you rekindled your fire for your passion in magic! Magic is a long and tireless hobby that requires alot of determination and delication.

Secondly, i seriously hope that you can find time to meet us up this sat. Because it is never about you not being good or not but since you already decided that you are now ready to make a comeback - why wait till the next gatheriing! Start NOW!!
