Description: are they any special?

desmondlkl - November 9, 2009 08:11 AM (GMT)
i've seen quite a few ellusionist videos and the markers they use (they call it a sharpie) seem to be special enough to be sold at their website.
anyone bought them before?
are they really that different from permanent markers in the bookshops?

Besides its quick dry, permanent ink and so on.. Sharpie is simply magician's choice. To a lay person. it makes not difference be it you use sharpie or zebra.

Sharpies are sold at extorbitant rates in magic shops round the globe.

They used to be extremely hard to buy. but some popular bookstores do carry them nowadays at just over a dollar.

Pls update me if there are anymore shops selling sharpies at good price. thanks!

Sharpie is just a brand popular in the US. I believe if you use local brands it will be similar if not identical.

Sharpies are common brand of permanent markers sold overseas, in Singapore, it is easier to get Zebra permanent markers.
