Hi,
I realised today that my Bicycle Brand standard Rider backs had black specks on it.

It was on the white borders of the design, and on the face up part (the part which tells you what card it is) has specks everywhere, just more at the borders. The black specks are quite small, but big enough to be noticeable.

I have been using this deck for just a week, but have used it quite a lot for practising magic and flourishes.

Has anyone encountered such a situation? What happened to my cards and do I need to change them?

Eh... maybe you can upload a picture for us to see what exactly is wrong.

Anyway, it could just be dirt. Since you have been using it for a week... sometimes, our hand are dirtier than we think.

Sorry, the specks are too small.

However, I doubt it is dirt, as it is very small dots, little little specks.

Yes. it occurs for me too. it's just dirt. trying scratch the specks.

Thanks a lot! The scratching worked great for me, the only bad point was that there was little scratch marks on it.

However, it was not obvious, and certainly better than the dirt.
