Any expert help on how to repair a damaged sh***l. It fell from my hand and slightly pressed (damaged) on small edge. Now it is too tight and c**n tend to get stuck inside. Hope I have not exposed anything but really need help.

Use a c*** to roll or press from the inside of the s****. You need to use considerable strength for this.

Thanks, I gave it a try onyour suggestion but since it is bent inside it is very difficult to get it back out with that method or I do not have enough strength !

This happened to me before.

I used a copper coin (which will be slightly larger than a s***). I nest the copper coin in, and I put a cloth over and use a rubber mallet to hammer it slightly.

Next I use my okito box as a bang ring to get the copper coin out. And ta-da the shell is back to normal.

With Gordon's suggestion i pressed the coin really hard and atleast it does not get stuck any more. It still looks slightly dented but effect still work so it is much better now.

I have not tried what Alexander, you suggested but if need be then I will do so.
