Hello!

I wasn't sure if its appropriate to discuss about a technique in a forum like CP. But since its a magic forum, I think we know where to draw the line while sharing.

I've playing with coins for sometime, but even till today, I've troubles with my CP. It goes without saying that its a technique that requires alot of work. but i realised that a day or two without my coins has quite an impact on the strength of my CP.

It's probably the first technique anyone is first exposed to while learning coin magic, but also probably the first technique people don't dwell on enough. How was your experience with this?

If your completely new to coin magic, Michael Ammar's DVD is real good. However, the David Roth set is also quite interesting. Roth does his magic seated and does a lot of l****ng. So you must try to ditch your hand into your pockets.

JB Bobo's Coin Book is the way to go. Kinokuniya and Borders are available with the books.

David Roth DVD expert coin magic made easy.

I feel it's filled with information on the sleights u are working on like CP, FP, etc. You still need to practice them though, in a long run without practising, i might not even CP a half dollar. It just drop off prematurely, continue.

If u want strengthen CP, learn the muscle pass. It helps greatly.
