Wonder why does this forum doesn't have the feature to change or edit topic name?

Will this feature be implement later on? Because I find it very inconvenience.

You can only change it within a period of 15 mins after you post it. We won't be making changes to this, especially in the marketplace as there may be disputes after you edit it.
