The third installation of Shade's successful workshop series, (first 2 being Second Thoughts on the Second Deal and The Subway Sessions - A Workshop on the Bottom Deal), INSPIRED sees Shade covering a wide variety of effects, moves and practical tips focusing on his card work.
A workshop for the serious card workers. This workshop is a straight up teach-in session that focuses on getting attendees to learn how things work and assumes that the attendees are familiar with construction of their presentations. Even though the workshop is aimed at intermediate to advanced card workers, the scope of the material is wide and varied, ranging from the relatively easy to the knuckle busting. Attendees will definitely find something that they can use regardless of their skill level.

SCALE:
[*] - simple: anyone can do it; it's mostly presentation and basic sleights
[**] - intermediate: a degree of card knowledge required but doable with some practice
[***] - advanced: a good degree of card handling and knowledge required
[****] - insane: be prepared to put in a lot of work
1. Any Card... [**]
This is the infamous "Any card triumph" where a spectator can name any card and the card ends up face up in the deck after a series of face-up/face-down shuffles.
2. Topsy Turvy Selections [***]
4 selections are lost into the deck. The deck is truly messed up in a series of face-up and face-down shuffles. They selections are then located in increasingly more challenging scenarios, ending with the entire deck miraculously straightening up.
3. JIC Sandwich [**]
A very fun repeat sandwich effect that would get you interacting with your spectators!
4. Karmatic [***]
2 selections are lost in the deck. After a serious of shuffles to thoroughly mix the cards, the magician cuts the deck into 2 piles. The spectators deal a card at a time onto the table in unison. They arrive at the selections at the same time!
5. Lyon's Lair [*] (alternative, much simpler handling)
A simpler version of Karmatic
6. ET Deck [*]
A very easy tossed out deck routine using an ordinary/borrowed deck.
7. Incomplete location [**]
A card is selected and lost extremely fairly; yet the magician is able to locate it in record time.
8. Red Sea Parting [**]
One of the cleanest and strongest versions of 'out of this world'.
9. The A.R.P. [**]
A selected card is found reversed in the deck after it has been returned - in the spectator's hand.
10. The Incredible Centre [****]
Your spectators won't believe this one.
11. Master Mechanic [****]
Demonstrates the ultimate false deal - 4 cards from the centre of the deck and 4 from different locations in the deck. This is one routine that will establish your reputation.
12. The Remembrance [****] (Performance Only - if time permits)
A mind-busting routine that demonstrates the magician's uncanny memory. Another reputation maker.
The Memory Deck [***]
A simpler version of The Remembrance.
