There is a saying magic cannot show two times to the same person. But can i do the same trick using different methods to same person?

Yes you can, but there are certain conditions.
Unless you can repeat the trick and thereby add something to the trick to make it more impossible, don't.
Firstly, are you repeating a trick only because your audience asks you to do it again? If so, that is a bad reason to repeat a trick. As hard as it is to believe, you don't need to bow to their every whim and fancy.
Let's assume that you are not repeating a trick simply because your spectators request it - why then would you repeat a trick? I can only think of one reason - that is by repeating the trick, it becomes more amazing. Perhaps the trick is repeated under more stringent conditions. Perhaps the effect is the same, but the spectator becomes involved. Maybe the magician no longer touches the props etc.
In general, a trick is more impossible when you repeat it while canceling methods. For example, a well structured ACR takes its strength from this concept - the card can be returned to the top with at least 3 different methods that all cancel out the weaknesses of each other (inability to flash the card as it goes in, too much movement after the critical interval, spectator cannot push the card in etc.)
Both Juan Tamariz and Darwin Ortiz have written about this subject, and you can read their opinions in 'Designing Miracles' by Darwin Ortiz.

I think it is perfectly ok if it is a set up deck trick then the one without set up deck... but actually I wouldn't advise that, because people already know what you are going to do.
Why not, allow them to shuffle and then do the version without set up deck?

What is your purpose for repeating the trick?
I wouldn't repeat the trick unless the repetition is part of the effect as in the case of the ACR or the repeat leads to even bigger kicker of an ending i.e. the standard version of a coin matrix with the repeat ending up as a backfire version.
The spectator will not be enjoying the effect instead they will be closely scrutinizing your movements in hope to find out how did you your trick. By repeating the trick, you are also adding unnecessary stress to yourself as you know you will be closely watch which may just lead you to fumbling and screw up the effect.
I remembered someone (and i think it's Shade) mentioned to me that goes something along this lines " Everything we do in magic, there must be a purpose to it. If it doesn't serve a purpose, don't do it." So there has to be a purpose in repeating an effect. Not just for the purpose of showing off a superior method or technique; or even to make a fool out of your spectator. Magic is to entertain not make a fool of your spectator.
Personally i wouldn't do it even if the spectator requests although i might perform a different trick just to shut them up.
