Which P*** are you refering to? The P*** or P***?

CLJ - February 26, 2005 09:08 AM (GMT)
I always use a one-handed p***. I've been using it for ages. If you're having problems getting it down Michael Close's The Power of P****** has a couple tips on it.

Oh, and I do too :g:

P**s or p**m?

Winder - February 26, 2005 10:19 AM (GMT)
One handed P**s ?

Wow.. You mean like Brad Christian ?

lllusion112 - February 26, 2005 11:17 AM (GMT)
pipa nige longdingdong ah! u mean the p**s, which lyk the ambitious card, or the p**m, where used to 'teleport' to ur pocket???

CLJ - February 26, 2005 11:20 AM (GMT)
Well, if you're talking about a shift, what E. labels as a "one-handed p***" is Jack Merlin's Tipover change, not a "one-handed p***" or any form of a shift for that matter. Yeah. So that would basically leave you with just a two-handed p***. And which p*** you're talking about, I have no idea. There are a ton of variations out there. If you want a good p***er, there're guys like Steve Draun, Ken Krenzel, Bill Kalush, Peter Duffie, Jason Tang, and from here (SG) Bone and Huron. You can check with Huron or Bone here if you need advice on that.

OH! You were talking about THAT p***, not the OTHER p***. Here's some advice - the one-handed p*** frees up your other hand to read a book or something, but the two-handed p*** gives you more control and direction. I mean, you wouldn't wanna be p***ing all over the bathroom floor, right? People get p***ed at that. Except a couple guys, who like seeing p*** all over the bathroom floor, 'cause those guys are p**vs. Sorry about that. Yeah, I know this's kinda exposure and everything, but hey, you gotta lighten up once in a while. Aighty!

Ermmm... Which P*** you all talking about ehhh???
There is this P*** and P*** and P*** and P*** and P*** and P*** so many difference type... I am confuse
but I am only good at the last P*** CLJ talking about... one handed though.....

Winder - February 27, 2005 07:54 AM (GMT)
Truthfully, i am very confused now ~ Hahaha which P*** are you guys talking about now ?

tygnehc123 - February 27, 2005 08:41 AM (GMT)
.. do we need to censor p***? i think even laymen have heard of this sleight..haha, i think we are lame.. btw..the p*** im toking abt is p**m.. CLJ got it at first..

tham - March 3, 2005 03:49 PM (GMT)
oh. the one-handed p*** is definitely a good sleight. it can even be used as a colour change, something kev showed me. problem is, its definitely harder than a two-handed p*** and thus requires more practice. therefore, use one-handed p*** only if you're good at it. also, i'm not sure whether its possible to one-hand p*** 2 cards or more, so in case you want to p*** 2 cards (or more) the two-handed p*** is better. and easier, as stated earlier.

even now when i do it theres a big change the card isn't p***ed properly and sticks out a little at the pink side of my hand, or even pops forward like a card production. is there such a card production?

we could continue p***ing on and on about ellusionist's (brad christian's) failure to credit people who innovate sleights, perhaps start a new thread. he even calls it a Basic P**s, and not a classic p**s. or the classic colour change, as compared to the erdnase colour change. sure, he may change the handling a tiny bit here and there so it becomes HIS. so people who rely solely on their material are not going to know who to credit when they use that sleight, or effect. bad for ethics.

oh ok. me got it. haha.
i think to me it doesnt really matter la.. i dun take doing the p thing.

except tenkai p. haha..i do it like all the time..

if u can do it with one hand WELL.. then of coz do it!
its more convenient and easy. and u can patter as u do it.

as for 2 hands.. u can use misdirection hhaaa

Brendan - March 14, 2005 10:09 AM (GMT)
one hand P**m is always best if u can execute it coz u cna use the other hand for misdirection. But most of the time i use two hands. only once in a while i try one hand. feels great when it works.... :). just hope it does not pop out but there's always way to cover if that happens.

Huron - March 16, 2005 05:11 PM (GMT)

OH top-p*** definitely requires loads of practice. i know someone who does it as if it were as simple as.. closing a window. :ph43r:
