a short review of the effect: Phil plus
this is a very highly rated trick by one of the greatest in magic; max maven....
you invite someone to think of a card... any card....
then you proceed to name a card before it is even revealed....
the backs are shown to have names.... and when the spectator reveal his thought of card, it is shown that the name you mentioned earlier matched to the card selected by the spectator....
then you offer to do this a second time, you write the value and suit of a card in a folded paper and ask the spectator to say out loud a name... and it matches once again.....
the effect is just tremendous...
the spectator will not be able to reconstruct the trip after it is done....
totally baffling and well worth the money

the deck cannot be handled by the spectator, but can be shown very freely to the spectators......
