what it would be ?
Please share your most favorite mental effect .....

I would go with 4 Queens brainwave,
easy to carry,
simple effect
but with strong presentation style it would give very strong impact
how about you guys ?

must be one? can like perform more that one? lol.. anyway.. i would prefer this mentalism effect.. a 3 card prediction effect. impromtu and easy yet strong.

For me, I have sort of created a way to p**p at any chosen card, and tell the suit and number in just seconds. It's rather effective, but some smart audience might catch it. But it's rather dependent on the environment conditions.

Or, i would ask them to think of a number between 1 to 10 or 1 to 100, that kind of trick. Or I would try out cold-reading or muscle-reading, if conditions proved right then and if i felt confident doing that.

...Max Mavern's anticipated PRISM is out. Apparently good mentalism gems in that book. Lots of raves on magic cafe about it. ^_^

for me, i would like to perform the trick that cannot be explained but i still cant find the trilogy...hope it is not expensive...

I would perform a colour blizzard if someone asks me to do a mental effect. I'm not really great at mentalism so this is one of the best I got.

personally i love john kennedy's mind power deck and break through alot.

however, when caught in situations where impromptu tricks are needed, i may do seven deception or some metal bending, or in the worst situation, jus simply force a card and predict it.

works all the time on lay people.
