I usually contain my anger, hahaha. Letting go should be easy, just turn to the person who make you angry and say "You made me angry" let him/her know you are angry, don't worry about it. Just spill it out and it will be fine, let the person know or he/she will continue to make you even more MAD.

There was once a father who told his son to hammer a nail into the old wooden fence at the backyard whenever he is angry. The son followed this and he soon contained his anger. Over the years, the fence collected a number of nails.
One day, the son thanked the father for this piece of advice. The father than told the son to take out all the nails he has hammered in the fence. He said "son, now you know how to control your anger, try to mend the holes the nail has created in the wooden fence." The son had no way to undo the holes.
Morale of the story = When in anger, think of the outcome, as what you do during anger can't be undone.
P.S. I got this from an email few years ago. I'm writing this from memory. Sounds real to me.

True True, but i think it's best to let someone know that you are angry, it's like when i am angry with my friends. They will know that they did something wrong and apologise.

I think I am best it manage anger... Cool down and if not very serious hack care if it do try thinging of happy things.... :D But I always have my gf to share my happiness and sadness together.. :P :off:

I think Winder's approach is good. But for myself, sometimes its hard to calmly tell someone I'm angry, and I may risk hurting the relationship.
I always take some time away to cool down first. Then perhaps tell my friend at some other appropriate time.

I usually run down the stairs of my condo. I live on the 22nd floor.
Also, yelling into a pillow helps to relieve stress/tension. For me, at least :P

I think I agree with winder... tell someone u angry with his action...
COntaining is good too, provided he dun keep doing it... cos....
contaiinng it will reach to a point where u will start to dislike him....
Tell him nicely that somehow it just frustrating to see/hear that...
or
Ermm... show him a card trick... and then tell him he is dumb to be unable to figure it out... if he ignore your remark.. you just win him with your trick and remarks.... if he say u back... just tell him it a revenge then laugh foolishly and tell him with a smile y u did that to him....

I wouldn't use magic to insult anyone, it would only bring the heckler in him to the next level causing another person to be a heckler.

Well bottling up anger just leads to a horrible accumulation followed by a huge explosion.
When I'm usually down I just play some music that suits the mood and take out a deck of cards. I either try to create something or I practise something that won't frustrate me. It helps.

aiya... be open minded.. dun little thing angry.. my class got 2 guy easily angry. kena di siao by us all the time. haha.
be open minded even if someone scolds vulgarities or wad. angry for wad.. small thing. ok if u got childish mind hor..
then .. u can go look at ur crush's pictuer. haha..
or when ure bored. print it out. put in ur file. when in sch just look whenever bored or angry

Sometime i wouldn't say whether is it childish or not, when you are angry expressed it. It's not whether on "hey i disturb you a little bit, you angry, don't be so petty.", everyone has their own temper and limit.
If you come and disturb me when i am in a good mood, i don't mind, but when i am already on fire and containing all the words i can find in my dictionary to make you a smaller man. I think it's best that you avoid the person, when i am in a bad mood, i will keep very quiet and just show a black face. Friends who see my face will know it, and just stray away till i have an evil grin on my face.

Yep, when I'm really really really angry at someone, it's just silent treatment. Treat him as non-existent.
But the method I use most commonly is:
When pissed,
100% energy on work.
When angry,
150% energy on work.
When furious,
250% energy on work.
It works! :lol:

cool... i use the silent treatment too.. when im totally pissed and stuff, i just ignore the person and concentrate on my work... when things inside explodes, different case la.. but so far the furthest i got to was almost a fight..

A fight is the worst that everyone could actually come to when they have totally lost their patience and temper. But before throwing the first punch, think about your future, it doesn't pay to get caught and get charged. Cause if you are the 1 who swing the first punch, normally your chances of losing a court case is high even though the guy actually make you mad or whatever.
So think twice guys ~
