I swear I cannot remember the last time i went CAMPING, must be like 10 yrs ago when I was in poly but i doubt it....should be my sec school days. :ph43r: Not counting Army of course.

Strange or not, you've been camping anyway! Believe me, it's not strange. :) Lots of people- kids, teens, tweens pitch tents and everything. Bet you had fun! Perform magic for your campmates? Or the guides? :) kidding.

Aloy had soooooo much fun at the camp :):):) :g: And no, it's not a pitch tent kinda camp. I don't think i will ever go to one of those :P It's just a staying over kinda camp.
Never had so much fun at a camp since............the last time aloy went to a camp B)

Seriously, it was really a great time, and I met lotsa people and made lotsa contacts. Be on the look out for a lot of performing opportunities coming up soon from various charitable organisations guys! :g:

Sigh. Third time's the charm...

"Aloy! Cool! That means we'll have more charity events to go to? Do you think our CCA can get some contacts from you too? Tell us more about the camp and what happened! Hope to hear all the interesting stuff you went through!"

There are the usual array of camp games with lotsa physical contact and teamwork, no need details for those, pretty much the same things you play for sec school orientation and all the orientations that you would have gone thru. Honestly, Aloy was never much into those games :P

But I met tons of really interesting people. Guys who were at Acheh for the Tsunami effort, guys who went backpacking ALONE in AFRICA, tons of pro and semi pro photographers, lotsa artists. Old uncles with tattoos all over but actively volunteering. It's a gathering of SNAGs man! :lol: And most of them are quite young people, which was quite a surprise actually. And they are not lacking in passion either.

Aloy did one effect for the camp fire, involving breakthru-card system and a blindfold (kinky ;)), and used that to talk about team work as part of a sketch. And Aloy asked a cute girl to be his assistant in the effect. But Aloy SERIOUSLY needs to learn to loosen up his presentations <_<
Incidentally, my team got one of the lowest scores for the campfire :ph43r:

It was really fun and interesting meeting so many volunteers from so many different agencies and organisations. It's even more interesting hearing the different experiences they had during their time with their VWOs.

Now, if only Aloy had gotten the numbers of the 2 cute girls before they disappear so quickly, it would all have been even better...... B)
