this is not a new idea, but it was done well.

the angles are actually not that bad, but its advisable to do it on cam. its just like the bertram change, few are good enough to perform it real life, and even then, few would dare to do it.

I don't think its possible to be done in real time. Too easy to be seen if u can't get the angle right.
And the way to hold it looks a little....

It's possible but you have to fixed your angle REAL Good, tried this in the past. Discussed it with some other magicians about this sleight, looks very good if done properly.

The climax with the left hand was nice.

Well,seems alike with one of a routine that i had,exvept for its a straw and it changes colour and vanish...Too bad i dun smoke,if not i may try to perfect that oso... ^_^

hahaha... love this trick... used to perform it quite regularly during my army days... I usually do it with my hands in front of their face. But I have a routine to continue after that. Anyone seriously interested in cigs magic should get a hold of keith clark's encyclopedia of cigratte magic.

Hmmm, where can I get that book? Interested in cig stuff but realise not much materials as compared to cards, coins.

You can do a search on the web to find the book. I've did a search and found quite a few sites. The cheapest I found was on Magic Inc which was 15USD. Please note that this book may be very difficult to understand if you're not familiar with learning magic from a book.

It can be done live coa i have been doing so to my customers in my PUB.... but i don't do it ending with another cig popping up... :wacko:

Tot this is a very old trick and i too had a good laugh at it ;)

Try ending or re-appearring the "lost" cig behind their ears... hee hee

remembered paying about $50 for volume one..

bad thing was, it was all on VCR then and i dun think they have it now on dvd...
