ABOUT THE SHOW

In staging The Wonderful World of Magic, the cream of the association’s magical talents have been brought together to amuse, amaze and entertain you. The performers comprise professional magicians, semi-professionals and amateurs, who share a common and deep love of magic and who have many years of performing experience on stage and on television.

Magic is an age-old art, the practice of which develops personality, confidence and creativity in the learner. Unlike medieval times when magic was largely associated with mysticism, modern magic has developed into a science closely related to the many other sciences such as the science of philosophy, psychology, physics and pharmacy. The main objectives of the show are to generate public interest in Magic and to uplift the Art itself.

It is hoped that with the staging of this show more young Singaporeans will be encouraged to study and to practice the Art of Magic as a creative and relaxing leisure-time activity.

I called ticket charge about this event. They said that group discounts are only available from the Promotors which is S.A.M itself.

Anyway, I'm leaving Singapore in the early morning of 6th June.. which is also 5th June's night.

Ok, just in... this is confirmed- SAM would not be able to extend a discount to SMC as they are not providing discounted rates to even their own members. Yeah well... no group discount for us...

BUT!

Diners Cards Holders are entitled to a 10% off on ticket sales. Does anyone (or ur father/ mother/ sister/ brother/ cousin/ wife/ husband/ ah gong/ ah ma/ aunty/ uncle/ dog/ cat/ hamster) have a Diner's Card?

Maybe we can work out something.

Yup, the credit card has a blue roundish logo on a grey background. If anyone has it, we can get 10% off... else we can just go ahead and buy tickets ourselves. 10% isn't much of a difference after you do the math :lol:
