You mean colour changes?
Colour changes aren't exactly the main thing in most DVDs that I have seen...

Shapeshifter DVD!..............just kidding...i think it only teaches 1 change and some other stuff.
  ^_^ :D :g: :!!:
Most DVDs only teach 1or 2 color changes, and the reason for teaching them is because its usually needed in the routine.
IMO its betta to learn from books as books tend to have a few methods to perform color changes in them.
Or like what winder suggested, try Daryl's Encyclopedia of Card Sleights.

There's an effect by Brian Tudor called The Politician that uses A LOT of card change, and it can be found on Generation X (or extreme). But, they are not the "normal" ones in the sense that you don't see these kinda color change often (spring change, anyone?). You won't learn Erdnase (which was actually Houdini's, something I recently found out at the Cafe), Shapeshifter, C Change, Window Change, Bertram... etc etc the things you'd usually see, but you learn many other color changes such as Terry LeGerould (sp?) Flick change, throw change, spring change, one handed spin change, among many other.
