Hey anyone knows whether there's such a thing as making a rose appear, and handing the rose out for inspection?

:P Yeah, use a real rose or perform it to audience who have never seen a rose before.

But if you're looking for a routine to make a real rose appear, you might want to try Floating Rose by Kevin James, it was performed by David Copperfield as well. Excellent routine of making a paper rose float and burning it to change it into a real rose.

I think someone out there is trying to amaze LADIES... hee hee :P

i believe u want a bare hand production (or something like that), it shudnt be hard to think up some ideas which are along the method of the floating rose...

Oh..i am using that rose routine for my performance..it is great..but dunno how to fold rose using F**** P****.,anyone know?

folding a rose is easy.... just fold into a tube like thingy... coil up the bottom portion to make up the stem... just leave a bit towards the end to form up the leaf... hmm... if u can get what i am trying to say.. then, gd.... if not, get the video.... hahaha

There are a couple of good DVDs that teaches you about rose magic specifically... like Rose Magic with Monty which has about an hour's worth of content... you can check that out.

The one Shufi's talking about is Napkin Rose by Michael Mode which comes with free custom printed red and green napkin rose napkins. It teaches you everything you need to know about the works ;)

Just a little question, isint it a little too expensive to fold the whole rose with a F.paper? I mean is there anyway way to fold it 'cheaper'? like half tissue and half f.paper? :blink:

Well, magic is an expensive art and if you really want to create the impact, use a whole piece of flash paper :) Oh and of course be prepared to have your IT burnt as well, part and parcel of the whole package ya.

My advice never ever ever fold a rose with a full piece of F.paper... :D
