Hi guys just found out that expertmagic.com has a new product. Its called Misleading Mislead, I want to know if any of you guys know this effect. Care to tell me if its good? Cuz I know its been around for quite some time, and for a trick thats gimmick free, impromptu it seems quite good  just want to hear some comments on it. Thanks. :)
woops almost forgot the link :P
http://www.expertmagic.com/html/store/mmislead/mmislead.htmloh btw it is a form of pen thru bill using borrowed bills and pens.

Misleading misled is not as convincing as other similar effects. There is no conviction to the method. Plus the handling looks unnatural.
GordonLi - May 18, 2005 04:34 PM (GMT)
ive no idea how this is done.
but i think the handling is OK... and the effect is generally OK as well...

hmm sounds good but the thing about it is that there is a gimmick involved.

The description says its gimmick free lol :D

Hmm, i wont expect anything good to come out from this creator of this magic.
He is also the creator of the "REAL" floating card and it is so bad.
Well, just a bad impression after buying his product. So i wont get it.

Don't like it. And too expensive for an effect like this.
I don't know how it's done but it's easy to figure out a method that looks very much like this effect. Think dough.

DavidKim, you're wrong, the creator of real floating card is Alex Markov while Misleading mislead is Alan Rorrison.

It does not look nice to me...
BuaYa - May 21, 2005 01:49 PM (GMT)
Me got it on the first time, but I didn't want to give the clue Aloy gave. It MAY be doable to laymen... but... I think its not worth the time practicing...
zhuanan - May 28, 2005 04:05 PM (GMT)
Buaya:
Why do you think it is not worth practicing? Is it because the effect does not look good?
Would appreciate if you could clarify...contemplate to get it
