Read Richard Osterlind's ebook "Making Magic Real". Its on the topic of trying to get back that lovely feeling and etc.
Read my review under the product review section.
But of cos, ultimately all these are theories only. If you are really bored with it, you might wanna stop for a while then come back to it again
Cheers! B)

Ya agreed,
I also worried that this feeling will lose when you are focusing on other stuffs.
But i feel that if u wish to get back this feeling, u have to see people perform and also perform for people. But it means that u need to spend some time on entertainment.
Well, i also feel that you have to set your aims. If you can handle magic and work together. Well, you have to think through it yourself.
If you need help from us, feel free to ask around and we see what we can do.
Hehe.
Take Care.

I personally think performing for LAYMAN is important for keeping it interesting.
That rush when you've had a good performance and got good reactions. You've gotta have a dose of that once in a while.

As per previous replies, I believe consistently watching magic vids and performing would help. Once you get back the feeling, I recommend that maybe you can subscribe to the MAGIC Magazine which would keep the passion continue burning. That worked for me, I hope it would work for you too.

Yea, more performance will definitly help. And, I feel that performing for a cause is way better, because you know that you are there for a reason and all, so its not dull so you're helping some one.
And, yes, watching inspiring performance by your favourite magician helps too! :D

If you really want the feeling to come back, you have to hop around orchard road and look for random people to trick. Make sure you do it well. When a pretty girl says " woah, that was freaking amazing! " you'll never lose the magic feeling. Oh, perform to at least 5 groups of strangers a week. Thats how I keep my feeling alive.

Well, yujie... I'm feeling quite the same way as you. I'm more and more passionate about metal music and Cradle of Filth recently...
I can get really high on metal music.
Well, I do still practise and stuff. And I try to show something to my friends still sometimes. :g:

im kinda feeling the same now, but i think its just that the intense learning part of ur magic life is slowly fading away, and the learning becomes more gradual and consistent.
its time to focus on perfecting those methods and also on routining and psychology.
