What is magic for now and why people learn magic....

In the pass as I remember magic are not commonly available to us.. the only magic I know when I was young is like the normal cups and ball using normal cups and tissue paper to perform, and when my dad first perfrom to me when I was young it was like so amaze by it. Thats it that the first magic effect I know when I was young.. then tv only show magic special and David copperfield stuff.. really amaze me.. then is david blaine...

So I start when I was 21 lol quite late actually but that the only time I can pay for my magic stuff.. since then I love this art and I know many friends from it.. But over this few mths of my starting magic juroney did I found out that there are many people learn magic and stop half way thru it. I don't know why some people wan to learn magic and stop it half way. But there is alot of people wan to know the sercet to the magic effects magician do..

Ok from wat I observe in my jounry in magic ,I found that some people learn magic is just to know the serecet, some to just prove that they can do wat the tv magician can do and some are just plained stupid learn magic to just to know gals and make them look cool...But there are some side effects in magic too or should I say the bad side of magic.

Bad side of magic : I see battle between magician. Magician vs Magician.. I am not refering to competiton and stuff but the status of the magician.. like if you are in a well know magician club you are a better or superior magician then the others that are not. Is this true, to me I don't think so. So what you can pay that kind of money to be in there.. that does not make you better then those who are not.. to me I find magician should help each other improve and not trying to prove who is better and who is in the club. I find that some magician who is in the club is so arrogant..So wat the if you in the club and others is not that does not make you better and stuff..

Define Magic: My Defination for magic is this .. To make the impossible seems possible.

End: Many magician is try to think of effect and stuff to fool magician and so on and stuff. Why ?? We magician do magic is to entertain so call our spec or laypeople.Because of this many many magician forgot about how simple some princple can be and can be use in your magic that is very sad.Many people will ask how can you define yourself as a magician.. My answer is not the amount of effect you can do.. is the effect that you can do it smoothly and flawless and you can entertain your spec and make them enjoy your perfromances...then you can say you are a magician..

This is five points of valueable words for those who is learning magic and is reading this artical now. It may be crap to someone eyes but this is wat I feel all along... And always remember as magician we are not train to be arrogrant,heckler or to to be a trickster.. We are train to entertain and have fun with magic.
