Dear All,
In preparations for a more committees-based system for SMC that we have been talking about for months, the local moderators system has been unloaded today, with only the 6 department heads left.
Here, I would really like to acknowledge and thank all the past moderators who has contributed endlessly to the moderation of the SMC forums. I know all have put in their best efforts to make SMC forums as useful and interesting as they can, and all have certainly kept things in order.
Thank you for all your work so far. Thank you. It wouldn't have been possible without you. Big round of applause for all of you *Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap* B)
But don't go anywhere yet, coz we still need you, we need ALL of you. Please continue to support our efforts and join the various department in the activites of SMC. You all should be hearing from the 6 department heads soon about the next step to these changes.
Hopefully it will all be just in time for our 1st year anniversary celebrations. :)

I couldn't agree more... You guys have been great - a big thank you for all that wonderful assistance in moderating this vastly growing forum. It wasn't an easy job but you did it well :)
Look out for the updates coming your way regarding the formation of the various SMC departments. Meanwhile, thanks for your commitment and support for this place, which is like a 2nd home for all of us *grin*
