Hi there folks. For those who know what NFW is, please continue reading. For those who don't know what NFW is, please click on the ' NKF charity events' topic under the " Pay it forward section ". Look for a post by Lynette, ahem I'm very proud of that. :off:
Anyway, here's how I present NFW. I do the flustration count and show all 4 jokers. I turn each joker face down magically after every snap of the finger. After all the jokers are face down, they turn to 4 aces. Got it?
Ok good. Anyway here's the part where I need advice. When all 4 jokers have been magically turned face down, should I just turn all 4 cards over and show that they have turned to 4 aces or should I do 4 Asher Twists to visually turn the face down cards into aces?
Shoot some advice please.girls phone numbers are welcome.
Using the Asher Twist to reveal the aces would be overkill, because there would be two things happening at once - the supposed magic of the cards visually turning over, and the magic of the jokers having become aces. That's too much for a spectator to register at once, or at least for me... both would kinda negate each other out. Stick with turning them over normally for the final revelation, and don't overdo it.
C.
in this case, the jokers turning to aces are used as a kicker ending. in order to ensure that the kicker ending is stronger than the actual magic effect, and hence not anti-climatic, u shud just deliver one big blow by just turning over the cards to reveal the aces.
Agree with the rest.
Dun make too much out of it. Its confused the audience too much.
Thats wat i think.
