Here's the reason why I want to learn magic. I want it to be my profession in the future. Magic is extremely addictive and I dream of being able to make it my living.

As a kid, I've always loved telling jokes. You know, entertaining with nothing gained except seeing that huge mug of their face melting into a pure distortion of laughter. Then I realised that with magic, it's all that and then some. That's why I do what I do, regardless of the effort, cash and dedication needed. I do it for them.

Magic first interest me 3 years ago. I became interested in magic because of its secrecy and mystic. Many people enjoy magic, but few actually like it to the extent of wanting to learn magic.

As for spending money on dvds and decks, I guess it's worth. But not overboard spending. I would do research on certain dvds before purchasing.

Although I don't see magic as a future profession, I treat it as a hobby. A very convenient hobby. By convenient, I mean you can do it anywhere anytime. I am a huge soccer fan, but I can't possibly play soccer at home or by myself. But magic, I can. I can also bring it to greater heights by performing to others. How nice...

I was interested in magic like 3 to 4 years ago. And for me, i guess magic is like a rebirth for me personally, because it can really add new and vibrant dimensions to my life. (social aspect, creativity, hand dexterity etc) And this new attriubtes of me has made me feel alot better and more confident about myself.

And, as usual, magic can bring forward much joy and a sense of special-ism to the audiences or the people around me, magic can so easily make one's day better and more enjoyable and very very less dull. This makes you feel good too.

As for if i wanetd it to be my career or not, I very much guess not. My main passion is still and always will be metal music. :P Magic, is just another hobby that I can share the joy of magic to others, and another that can improve my speech and self-esteem etc, and to make me feel occupied and special. ^_^

I took up magic in the first place to impress my friends, but as i stay longer and appericate it, now i just love to entertain people. I did thought of making magic as my profession, but i have to see how it goes.

Well, i think magic have fantanises alot of people. And most kids in the young will like to do wat the magician can do. Tat applies to me also. But i dun have the resources to start at that time. So i can onli appreciate.

Now, my frenz did some magic to me, and we went to look out for magic products. Initially i was onli sourcing for him. Then i came up to the ellusionist web and then started my magic line. Hmm, in the start, i think i was more of a joker than a real magician, but slowly as practises came along and performances. I have this true great happiness whenever i perform for people and they WOW.

And i believe that magic did something that u wont do most of the time, outreach to strangers. U have the chance to witness on crowd management and approaching strangers. Also dun forget presentation skills. It diff alot from a magic done prepared than one none.

I certainly going to make magic my career in future. Full time or part time is still a concern la. But generally, making my moves smooth and having good presentations are the first piority of mine.
