There's a pasar malam at Tampines Central. Just beside the MRT, there are 2 stalls selling chinese medicine.

One of them was selling some ointments but using a spiritual theme. E.g. getting the "Water God" to come. I saw that guy placing a piece of yellow paper over a water filled basin and it suddenly burst into flame. Before that he warned the audience that 3 things might happen if the "Water God" arrives.

1. There'll be a burst of fire or,
2. There'll be smoke or,
3. The water will splash out.

He was beginning to perform another effect with a cut out paper, the shape of a man. He says that the paper man will vanish slowly into the water when he sends off the "Water God" (yeah right.)
I didn't wait to see it happen. It took too long as he was pitching his ointment.


The other stal was selling some chinese medicine fomula. He even sang infront of everyone. Not bad I'd say. I didn't wait till he really perform the trick, he was taking way too long.

If you're interested, take a trip to Tampines to see, but you got to have sometime to kill. Learn some presentation skill from them.

hahahhaah yea.. i heard that man sing. not bad la.. denhe took his own sweet time to do sumthing qabout vanishing some water .. den sumthing about money..
