It might be a bit difficult getting from Coconut grove to the theatre which is near Clark Quay. Isn't there a grass patch somewhere near the river in that area?

Maybe you can make this mass meeting picnic style at that grassy area. I can't remember where it is exactly or how big it is, but I've seen people fly that electric light kite around there.
