Not sure if this is the right place to post. Anyway my friend purchased the D'lites at Ning's auctions yesterday and problem no.1 is the batteries are extremely weak. Problem no.2, how to change the battery? Just pluck out the thing? Will it spoil?

To change the battery.

Step 1: Get a pair of tweezers

Step 2: Use your super sharp eyesight to pinch the grooved side of the battery in the Lite with the tweezers.

Step 3: Pull it out.

Step 4: Buy a 1616 Battery. Go find at a watch repair shop.

Step 5: Clip Battery with tweezers and put the battery into the slot where you took the old battery out from.

Step 6: Test.

If no light,

Repeat step 1, 2 and 3.

Reverse the side of the battery

Repeat step 5.

Still no light?

Repeat step 4.

then repeat step 5.

Still no light?

Ah, your friend bought the new dlite which we announced was brand new but just needed a change of battery! Try the method above, ask some of the other guys like Buaya and Makanmonkey... I think they know how it's done too :) I'm an idiot with techy stuff sorry... hee... only thing I know how to work for tweezers is to tweeze brows *sheepish* ^_^
