Its a good vanish althought some may say its not really good but for me I did get reaction with this vanish.. But there is always pro and cons to every effect and is up to indivisual preference :D

Yeah it's good shit. Easy to do and the angles are quite good. But for me doesn't suit me la. haha.

I was really shocked when I saw this vanish first time on Ellusionist. However, when I knew how it was done, I was like, "Thats it?!"

I would tell you not to get this vanish. Its quite unnatural to do this vanish, as you have to like bend down or at least get lower until like below the belt area, such that the coin can to loaded to another particular place.

To say it even "uglier" (shuo1 de2 nan2 ting1 yi4 dian3), I personally feel that this Recolution Coin Vanish is kinda rip-off. I would rather you get Dream Vanish by Matt Grierson. But let me warn you that you'll be dissappointed when you know how its done; UNTIL you perform it and see the reaction you get and how easy it can be done, will only you realise its a wonderful idea. But in anyway, both vanishes stated above will cause disappointment, in my opinion.

Stick with impromptu ones lah.. Haha.

Why being disappointed? You mean you want something so difficult that you take hours/days/months to perfect it?

And its quiet impromtu too. You just got to think out of the box.

If you're a beginner in coin stuff, this will be something good for you.

Just to let you know, Street Magic used to teach The Revolution upon purchase of The Dream Vanish, like 2 in 1 thing. Not sure if they still have it now, but if you do request, I dont think its a problem. ;)

Gd Luck.

Yeah I agree with donovan. The revolution vanish ain't great. Its good for cameras, and thats it. I don't really like it.

Bingo. If you want the Revolution to be effective, you got to have the spectator's view at where the camera that you saw at Ellusionist is.

That basically means that you must get the right height and angle. Technically speaking, the magician must be standing up, while the spectator sitting down on a stool or something.

Uh, what I'm trying to say is.. The usual angles that you use to do those impromptu coin magic or other usual tricks, will not work for this Revolution.

I have done this effect with specs standing up and I think its best that the specs stands up.

Performing it surrounded is quiet possible too.

This simple effect can be presented very well if you have a good patter.

Don't push all the blame to "its only a good camera effect".

Every effect tend to have a flaw in it. You don't condemed an effect for its flaws.

An interesting quote by Dai Vernon I will like to share with you guys. "Merely to be aquainted with the basic secret of a card trick, in no way qualifies you to perform it. Few people realize that even a simple trick in the hands of a capable performer can become a minor miracle."
