To maintain discipline and integrity of this forum, the following conditions have to be observed by ALL SELLERS (in addition to regulations regarding posting on "Marketplace");

(1). You have to have the item ON HAND, OR you have to GUARANTEE the DELIVERY dates.

(2.) You have to MAKE ALL COSTS CLEAR, NO HIDDEN COSTS.

(3.) You must make clear, and accurately, the CONDITION of the item, eg. if you order a DVD and watched it, then it shall be labelled as SECOND HAND or otherwise made known to buyer.

(4.) You CANNOT PRE-SELL (meaning to sell something that you do not have yet), UNLESS condition (1) is fulfilled.

(5.) If you take a deposit, you have to leave your contact number with the buyer, AND agree to a FULL REFUND of deposit amount if any one of the conditions are not met by you.

If any of these conditions are not met, the BUYER in such a transaction is released from his or her obligation to the seller. And seller may be subject to disciplinary actions like a wand-spanking from Aloy.
