Title: Teacher's Day Celebration
Description: Mentalism Stage Show

Hi all! Just did a stage show in School today for Teacher's Day. It was around 5mins. A short act. It was more on mentalism. I did a some what variation of a trick called "The Silent Treatment". I entered the stage without talking and I had this big board with Mahjong Paper on it. My 2 lovely assitance helped me flip through the paper. For more information on the effect, watch the demo of Silent Treatment. It was nice. Then after that, I did a book test. Not wuite well received cause I wrote my prediction on the MAhjong paper and the people at the middle and back of the hall can't see what I drew. Overall, I guess it was okay. I shall need to really brush up on my skills. :)
Thanks for reading this.

It must be quite an experience for you. I understand they are flaws especially in stage act. But through experience, you can seek to improve on your presentation. Nice to hear that and good luck for your future performances.

haha hi ashraf =)
Well, i saw the act from behind. And i think Simon was right. you not talking is better. and i told you this but anyways, the last part of silent treatment when you got the card out of your mouth, it really wasn't too impressive because the there was this slight moment that hte audience weren't really paying attention. Other that that, good.
the book test... shouldn't do on stage la. More for close up.

HA... I agree with you and Mr Simon Reynolds. Well, it was an experience. Learned what I shouldn't do next time on stage. Ha...

sometimes performing stage magic is like performing street magic (cellini's kind).
Pays to watch Cellini's Street Magic which holds important points of subtleties, ways to grab attention, blah blah...
HAHA, i believe Darwin's Strong magic does the same......
--thinks: time to get it--
