To maintain discipline and integrity of this forum, the following conditions have to be observed by ALL BUYERS (in addition to regulations regarding posting on "Marketplace");

(1). If you have agreed to purchase an item and the seller does meet all conditions as listed for sellers, you have to pay for your purchase.

(2). If you decide not to purchase the item after having made a deposit, the seller has the right to keep the deposit to cover costs incurred. The seller may, however choose to count that deposit toward payment of another item of your choosing, up to seller's discretion.

If any of these conditions are not met, the BUYER in such a transaction may be prohibited from using the Marketplace, and repeat offences will result in names being put up on a list. And buyer may be subject to disciplinary actions like a lit fire-poi whipping from Ning.
