Title: Decapitation With Rope (ishida Tenkai)
Description: Great effect with only one rope

The advantages of this version of the rope that it crosses the neck are the apparent cleaning of the method.

Such a long rope is used as the distance among the tips of the fingers of the magician's hands when they are extended in cross form. The rope puts on around the magician's neck and it is allowed to hang for before.

You can also do this with a necktie.

yes, it is a great idea. And you can combine it with the cut and reconstituted tie. A stupendous trick that have not seen make to anybody for years.

Eleazar Goodenough includes the Tenkai rope through neck principle in his Necktie Paper Tear in his latest book "Tear-Able Magic - Paper Magic for Wizards" at the Magic Nook (http://ww.magicnook.com )

I have also seen him combine it with the "Laugh Yer Head off" trick where after he pulls a necktie through his neck, his head falls off into his hands. Very funny!
