I was approached by a lady who requested me to help her look for some magicians/ balloonists for a charity gig this sat.

This is a charity event to celebrate the Mooncake festival with the old folks (average age is about 60 years old) who are staying at Ren Ci hospital.

The organiser is looking for a few magicians who can go around performing close-up magic at their wards. There are about 5 wards and each ward consists of about 30 patients. The magician can perform about 5 mins of magic to each patient and move to the next.

There will also be an event hall whereby the more able patients will be attending.

Ren Ci hospital is located at the old Tan Tock Seng hospital (behind the current TTSH).

I'll have to see first whether the meeting clashes with this... if not i'll be sure to participate whether exams or not... i like doing magic for old folks...much easier.
