Most likely (if I finish my work on time) I'll go to the meeting and leave early for Renci hospital. So Fume, if there are enough of us we can share a cab to Renci. Otherwise also can take bus 153 from Kovan to Toa Payoh then take the train to Novena.

Where exactly is Coconut Grove though, is it inside Heartland Mall?

It's about 5mins walk from Heartland Mall. Are there people leading the way from Kovan mrt? Apparently some people do not know where it is.

err..is this coconut grove a big open field where you perople meet or is it sort of a private place

Guys, there'll be a earlier meeting place at Kovan Station. The exact place will be that is OPPOSITE the exit that leads to Heartland Mall, in other words, walk AWAY from Heartland Mall (I believe its the control station side). We'll probably stick and loiter around in at station until 3.20 - 3.30 latest, before heading to Coconut Grove.

Those who might be having troubles or at least if you think you'll, my number is 97873002, just to help the new members of SMC. ;)

Guys, please spend at least 2 dollar when u are at the coconut grove. It will be a 5 min walk out from kovan mrt. It will be a open meeting.

but their is really 1 big problem there... today meetings has VERY little people going...

Will be honest and not beat around the bush, the meeting today wasnt that great. I was expecting it to be like the one held on 1th of May, so crowded and fun, over 50 people on that meet, i believe.

However, this meet has only less than 15 people, and worse, only 2 people performing. Well, we/I were asked to performed, but most of us, including myself, were too shy or unready. Haha.

I believe its because of the exams thats coming soon, perhaps having another meeting after the exams would be a much better idea, hopefully more responses.

Wat is the different between u doing at the table and doing it to the rest? And cmon, all of us are magicians, we perform to learn the mistakes. If this kind of situations u guys dun perform, then how abt to audience?

Kevin is the man in the house, even though he din perform, he did entertain the new members, i will also salute him for that, cause i din do that.

Though the meeting wasn't as good as we expected... but what LarryDK said was very true... No one wanted to perform...Think it is just bcos we think we are not better than others, so dun want to be a laughing stock...

Anyway heard alot about LarryDK and i finally get him, he did his best for that day...

I propose that maybe some of the admins would be able to organise a meeting and get things under control? Larry was trying his best and his efforts are appreciated. It was just too bad that everyone stuck to their own groups (including myself)...
