Description: ...what can i do?

Aloy - October 22, 2004 03:46 AM (GMT)
Recently bought a stack of old chinese coins replica (those with a square hole in the middle) because i thought they looked interesting. They are almost exact size of a SG 50 cents coin but much thinner.

Anybody can think of any effects i can do with them?

This coins are thin and is very easy to p***. You can do spellbound routines Or Troy Hooser's Charming Chinese Challendge (Ribbon thru chinese coin penetration).

A short spellbound
Show a C/S coin in left hand (spellbound position), classic p*** 2 chinese coin in right hand.
Do the standard spellbound change with the C/S coin, For the final change, patter "I actually use 2 coins" replace the C/S coin with the chinese coins.

what are the differences between chinese coins by sasco, johnson and sterling? i believe each of these manufacturers use their own type of chinese coins for their tricks. who thinks johnson's chinese coins looks the coolest?

GordonLi - October 27, 2004 09:51 AM (GMT)
not that i know of, of course u can try to find actual chinese coins which are magnetic or specially made magnetic chinese coins. this is like asking "are half-dollars magnetic".

exohordon - October 27, 2004 03:09 PM (GMT)
are half-dollars magnetic?

GordonLi - October 29, 2004 01:38 AM (GMT)
half dollars normally arent. but special steel core or magnetic half dollars are manufactured, and they cost much more.
