If u look at it on TV, its quite impressive. Since they did show both hands to be empty (if i am remember correctly).

Personally, I have no intention to find out.

In terms of handling, Mephysto and the Mondo Magic thingy is similar. You can "show your hands empty". Still IMO not very angle friendly.

If i were to choose, i would pick the one from Mondo Magic cause its flesh color.

So is there anywhere I can get the one from mondo magic instead?
Can anyone gimme a clue of its cost?

The one used in Mondo Magic is 'The Creature' from Keith A. Lack.

The effect is the same as Diablo, cept that the Creature has a human face and like what Sherman said, its easier to perform because of its color.

The gimmick u get requires some handling, however it will be a very SCARY effect if u can present it well. ;)

Man,that thing is outta my budget.I'm a poor guy,not so wealthy.Oh well,see if i can get a holiday job or something.

It is much cheaper than the diablo,but the diable appears to be much brighter,"creature" from what i see from the picture seems a bit too dull.So i think i would rather get diablo even though the price,looks like it is time to save up..
