Title: Boris Pocus Extremely Mental
Description: controversial rumours?

Mystical2004 - October 22, 2004 09:48 AM (GMT)
There's been a great deal of controversy surrounding the release of Boris Pocus
Extremely Mental.

People are saying that it isn't really Boris Pocus on the DVD. Some have
suggested that it's really Jay Sankey dressed up as the great Eastern European
mentalist.

Early last week Penguin Magic USA issued an official statement denouncing the
rumors. But, word of mouth got out of hand. Rumors have overtaken magic club
meetings across the country. There's even been a small demonstration in Boris's
home town. In the past few days we've received literally hundreds of inquiries
on this matter, and at this point we've decided we need to put a stop to this
controversy once and for all.

36 hours ago we asked Jay Sankey to address the issue. He issued the following
statement early this morning:

"EXTREMELY MENTAL features the most astonishing and original collection of
mentalist effects I have ever seen. During my recent US tour, I performed
several of the routines, including 'Perfect Timing,' 'Mona Lisa,' 'Color Blind,'
and 'Facsimile,' and more often than not FRIED everyone in the room. I also
destroy people all the time with 'Speechless.' It is a serious mind-blower. No
other effect I do looks more like a hardcore demonstration of completely
inexplicable paranormal abilities. EXTREMELY MENTAL is jammed pack with lethal
stuff that hits them right between the eyes." -- Jay Sankey

It seems there is a connection between Boris and Jay, but at this point we're
unsure as to the precise nature of their relationship.

Ultimately, you're going to have to be the judge. We've posted a new demo video
of Boris Pocus Extremely Mental on the Penguin Magic website.
http://www.penguinmagic.com/product.php?ID=920 The new demo features more
footage of Boris Pocus in his environment, performing his strongest effects.

We'll do our best to update you on this evolving news story. For continued
updates, or to purchase the product for yourself click here:

Boris Pocus, it's still the strongest batch of mentalism served up this year.

Thanks for choosing Penguin Magic. Please let us know if you need anything at
all.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Evans
