Title: Deleted Posts
Description: why?

Magicdow - October 15, 2005 09:52 AM (GMT)
For those who find that some of their recent posts are missing, you may be wondering why.

There's a button where you can preview before submitting your post. Even if you have submitted without previewing, you may also choose to edit your post within the first 15 mins after you have submitted your post.

I'm tired of editing post because of improper English or VERY bad spelling mistakes. So if your post gets deleted, you know why. We are trying to make this place better and we need your cooperation in doing so.

Please make an effort to read before submitting or edit after submitting. Thanks.

haha as a person to checks and re-checks his post after he posted it, i find it kind of irritating that I am not able to edit my post after 15 minutes.

spelling errors can be detected in 15 seconds but logic errors may sometimes only be noticed 15 hours later.

Thanks for listening,
ZzaG

I'm not asking them to check and re-check. I'm asking them to check before submitting or edit after submitting without a check.

If you allow someone to edit their post after 15 mins, many would start to edit and twist their words when it comes to discrepancies.

I'm not talking about logic errors either. I'm talking about proper use of English. Many people likes to post words like coz, peeps, wad, wat, noe etc. What's so diffiuclt about using the proper words? This place is no Sammyboy forum.

Well, Juz try to make this place healthy. :)

And hmm, if someone comments that it is too bad, then u juz reply that u dun mean it that way, if u really dun mean it that way.

Haha!

Guys, we are a healthy and fit forum. Keep it alive man.

I understand your point.

But when you edit your post, it shows at the bottom of the post the time and date that you editted it. So we all know that this person has editted and twisted his/her words.

anyway you do know that i'm on your side right? all my posts are in perfect english and free of spelling error. (except for the lack of capital letters)

Peace,
ZzaG

P.S.- yeah i guess LarryDK came up with a solution to my problem. haha true, that is what i can do, but i'd still prefer to edit my post.

oh and i purposely editted this post to show what i mean...

I know :) . I've got nothing against you. Its just that some people are just plain lazy. So I'll be lazy too, just delete their posts instead of editing for them.

Sammyboy is for adults. Anyway, after editing, you can choose not to show the "Posts has been edited by ??? on ???" tag.
