HI everyone 5 mins ago i was watching this show on channel 8, i think it is top fun or something... There is this young magician feature on the show...
He did very very strong manipulation and i was certainly very impress by his skill, as not many magicians major in manipulation thus it is very difficult.

What happen next was very disappointing, when you carry on with some card magic, he ask the host to pick a card, and then.............. the STUpid camera man move in and firm down the whole process for the DOUBLE ***** CUT.... everyone knows that the card is on .......... and all he did was just a "?" shape display. everyone know where was the card and what he did was just simply turn the card over.... I am not saying that it is his fault but i think that the Move is so not clean, the cameraman did not even need to zoom very near it, but i think maybe he must be under lots of pressure thats why the move is not clean...

Anyway, great to see magician on TV, but my friends is going to tell me tomorrow, " HAHA i saw it!!! All your magic is bluff 1, i saw on TV already!"

I think that episode was replayed. Then later he did transposition of a pearl of something from his ear to eye right? Like Blaine.

I didnt really get the "?" trick. I mean, Yes, a ton of false cuts later, he did not reveal that the card is at the top, but instead making a silly "?", what for?

If i didnt remember wrongly, all he did was single card manipulation.

A double under-cut exposure? I'm sure no laymen would have caught that. Dont get discouraged just because that double under-cut is exposed (which I'm quite sure it isnt), I'm sure you have many other ways to control a card; pass etc.

the "?" trick was a trick on card college if i am not wrong.

it was suppose to make a strong impression to audience due to the "?" and the fact that there would be no question if the "dot" is removed.

Lay ppl shldnt have caught the manipulation btw.

Sorry i know this is an old thread but wld really like to know who the magician dude is? See, i didn't see the show so i just wanted to know if he was local or if it was just some magician from overseas.... with the whole video subtittled or dubbed.
