hey i really need to get this off my chest, when making a magic video, must we credit the magician who first came up with the magic?

Try Windows Movie Maker for a start but never rush into making a video. -_-

Obviously you have to credit the magician who came up with the effect. if you don't know who came up with the effect, it is strongly suggested that you do much much further research to find out who did. if you came up with the effect from scratch yourself, it would also do good to do research on other effects that are similar, in case there is overlap or something.

I doubt that -nothing- will happen if you don't credit the magician, even if you've done extensive research but somehow cannot find the originator of the effect. someone will probably complain or something, like in some forums where there are rules for such video issues. just give it all you've got and it should be alright.
