Saw 2 is brillant.

The plot was great to begin with, then comes an even BETTER twist. i'd say it's better than saw 1, but a bit less gory, which maybe bad news to ling. ;)

i think saw1 is more about the physical tortures but saw2's gets in your head more, everything kinda REALLY make sense in the end of the movie.
